This indoor, administrative position includes answering phones, booking reservations, checking guests in and assisting customers. This position requires someone with excellent customer service skills, able to multitask, basic cash handling and computer knowledge, is a quick learner and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
This position requires afternoon, evening and weekend shifts. Both full time and part time positions are available.
Campground Reservation Staff contribute significantly to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for campers, fostering a sense of community within the campground, and ensuring the overall success of the facility.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reservation Management
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms
- Utilize reservation software to book and manage campsite reservations
- Ensure accurate recording of camper information, preferences, and special requests
- Provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate communication skills
- Payment processing & cash handling
- Campground store stocking & retail sales
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer systems and reservation software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of camping and outdoor recreational activities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a team dynamic environment
