Description:
Guest services staff at Santa’s Village play a crucial role in ensuring visitors have a positive and enjoyable experience. Their responsibilities extend beyond typical customer service to include managing various aspects of the guest experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to guests
 - Address guest inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information about Santa’s Village, events, and services within the park
 - Resolve guest issues and complaints & know when to direct an issue to your superior
 - Sell tickets and process admissions
 - Ensure accuracy in ticket transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
 - Maintain knowledge of Santa’s Village attractions, layout, and events
 - Promote and sell season passes
 - Assist with inquiries on season passes and season pass purchases
 - Process group event payments
 - Collect guest feedback and direct information to lead and department manager
 - Scan guests tickets into the park
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
 - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work in a fast paced environment
 - Flexibility to work weekends & holidays
 - Customer service experience is an asset
