Guest Services & Admissions Attendant

Description:

Guest services staff at Santa’s Village play a crucial role in ensuring visitors have a positive and enjoyable experience. Their responsibilities extend beyond typical customer service to include managing various aspects of the guest experience. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to guests
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information about Santa’s Village, events, and services within the park
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints & know when to direct an issue to your superior
  • Sell tickets and process admissions
  • Ensure accuracy in ticket transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of Santa’s Village attractions, layout, and events
  • Promote and sell season passes
  • Assist with inquiries on season passes and season pass purchases
  • Process group event payments
  • Collect guest feedback and direct information to lead and department manager
  • Scan guests tickets into the park

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends &  holidays
  • Customer service experience is an asset
