This exciting position will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast paced and exciting environment under the mentorship of our seasoned Food & Beverage Manager. As a Lead Cook you will be a key member of our Food & Beverage Leadership team and be involved in the daily operations and Supervision of our many Food & Beverage Outlets.

DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Early morning receiving and storage of the day’s stock items
  • Plan and carryout daily food prep duties.
  • Opening each outlet on time and ensuring the outlet’s readiness
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintain throughout the day while maintaining waste targets.
  • Cook and prepare food according to Product Recipe Standards and ensure all Line cooks do the same.
  • Perform audits of all outlets throughout the day, to ensure cleanliness, adherence to protocol, temperature checks of food areas and monitor and adjust all inventory levels
  • Close down each outlet, ensure daily cleaning is complete and daily waste has been recorded

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of Food Preparation Experience required
  • The ability to supervise and coach 1-5 employees at one time
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Food Safety Knowledge & Training
  • Certified Food Handler (If candidate does not currently hold their certificate, we will pay for the training & certification
